Returns Information

1. Please ensure all items returned are unworn / unused with original labels & packaging in place. Any item returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.

2. Wrap return items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to the item/s and packaging. The item/s are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

3. Please allow 3-5 working days once your returns have reached us, to give us time to process your returns. You have 30 days to return your item/s from receipt of your parcel.

Please send your return to the following address using a carrier of your choice, at your expense, obtaining a tracking number or proof of postage.

Delivery Information

1. Standard Delivery is £2.50 and is delivered in 3-5 working days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase. You’ll receive a further email to confirm dispatch, no later than 5 days after purchase. Your order will arrive between 7:30am-9pm. Residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, this service may take an additional 2 days to reach you, under the ‘2 Day Offshore’ carriage. 2. International Delivery is £5 and is delivered in 7-10 working days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
